What do you guys think about Stone Notebooks?

It's the same as the title. I ordered a Karst Stone Notebook, and I've done some quick sketches but got overwhelmed with projects, so I haven't tested it. I noted that my mechanical pencil cut into the paper a bit, but other than that and the weird feeling of the paper, it works pretty well. My main writing tools are liners, mechanical or Blackwing (yes, exclusively, call me bougie if you must) pencils, fountain pens, and rollerball pens.

Any advice? I spent a decent bit on this notebook, so I want to use it for something. My original idea was to use it as a personal sketchbook outside of work, but I don't know now.
