Dolph Lundgren is finally cancer-free!

The Swedish actor, 67, has shared a welcome health update with fans after enduring a grueling 9-year battle with cancer and being given just two years to live by doctors.

Taking to Instagram Wednesday, Lundgren posted a video in which he revealed he was undergoing a lung ablation — a procedure that destroys cancer cells through hot or cold energy.

“Here I am at UCLA, I’m about to go in and get rid of that last tumor,” he said. “Since there are no cancer cells in my body anymore, I guess I’ll be cancer-free so I’m looking forward to this procedure.”

“It’s been a rough ride and really taught me how to live in the moment and enjoy every moment of life. I mean, it’s the only way to go.”

The “Rocky IV” actor captioned the clip, “Finally cancer free with gratefulness and excitement for a bright future. Thanks for all your support always.”

Reposting the video on his Instagram Story, the actor added, “Thank you for all of your wonderful messages and supportive comments. It’s gonna take a little more to break me….”

Lundgren revealed he was in the midst of a “serious” cancer battle in May 2023.

“They found a tumor … in my kidney, and they took it out here in LA in 2015,” he said last year. “But then they did a biopsy — and it was cancerous.”

Fighting back tears, the “Expendables” actor said after the initial tumor discovery he underwent scans every six months, then every year, which he said were “fine.”

But in 2020, Lundgren began suffering what he thought was acid reflux.

It turned out to be more tumors, including one that had developed on Lundgren’s liver. He was preparing to shoot a project in Alabama at the time.

“At that point, it started to hit me that this is kind of something serious,” he recalled.

Lundgren said his doctor gave him two or three years to live and recommended he take a break from work and spend more time with his family.

The ordeal has given the “Creed II” star a new appreciation for life. @dolphlundgren/Instagram

“It wasn’t like I was bitter about it,” he shared. “It was just like, you know, feel sorry for my kids and my fiancée and people around you.”
