Lee Carsley takes charge of England for the penultimate time on Thursday evening as the Three Lions head to Athens, and the pre-tournament favourites for Group B2 are in need of a win.
Hosts Greece beat Carsley’s England at Wembley last month and sit three points clear at the top of the group with just two games remaining, and the hosts look an excellent outfit under new boss Ivan Jovanonvic.
With Thursday’s crunch tie in Greece the centre of our attention, I’ve put together a tasty Bet Builder to follow along while you watch the game.

Both teams to score at 1/1
Traditionally seen as a defensive side, Jovanovic’s Greece are bucking the trend and come into this game having netted nine times in their four games under the Serbian.
This includes two at Wembley, but England have notched in eight successive matches and, despite their injury woes, can still call upon the likes of Harry Kane, Ollie Watkins, and Jude Bellingham going forward.
Anastasios Bakasetas to score or assist at 9/4
Panathinaikos midfielder Anastasios Bakasetas sits in the hole behind Greece’s lone striker and he has proven one of their most dangerous routes to goal in this UEFA Nations League campaign.
The 31-year-old scored his 16th international goal against Republic of Ireland last time out and appears to be on penalty duty for his country, while he had assisted three goals in three games prior to his notch against Ireland.
Greece to receive the most cards at 4/7
Greece picked up four cards to England’s two in the reverse fixture at Wembley and the Ethniki have picked up more cards than their opponents in all four UEFA Nations League matches.
England, meanwhile, have only picked up four cards across their four games and have not been carded at all in two of them.
Manolis Siopis to be shown a card at 13/8
Holding midfielder Dimitrios Kourbelis is suspended for this tie, but fellow enforcer Manolis Siopis could be in line to pick up another booking on Thursday.
One of Greece’s two holding midfielders has been booked in three of their four UEFA Nations League matches, including one for Siopis in Dublin in September.
