heroku cleardb migration to a new platform

I have a simple ruby app on heroku connected to clearDB.
Unfortunately ClearDB is sunsetting. What is the process of switching the application to a new mySql provider like jawsdb.com

I’m a noob to heroku so any input on how to perform this switch would be helpful
