CCTV footage captured the fatal shooting of a 21-year-old motorcycle rider in Cebu City, according to a State of the Nation report on Monday.
The victim was riding a motorcycle with two other men when the incident occurred at a traffic stop.
When they stopped at an intersection, the suspect was seen getting out of a black minivan and shooting the victim before fleeing the scene.
The victim was taken to a hospital where he was declared dead on arrival.
Investigators said the victim’s group came from a bar, and from there were followed by the suspect.
Illegal drugs is a possible motive behind the crime. Police said they have 5 persons of interest.
