(I'm not sure if this is the right sub to post this but I can't really find any other…)
I'm 16 years old and I'm really interested in football(soccer). I've never played it once but I watch it every time. I wanna start playing football but the main issue is that I'm really unfit. I'm not fat or anything but I don't have a lot of stamina and I can't run for even a while and my speed is also slow. I get tired after running for even 5 minutes. Also, Soccer isnโt widely played in my country, making it hard to find a supportive environment .
Please guide me on how do I get fit enough to play soccer and how do I start with soccer.
