‘Wrecked my landlady’s flower garden’: Duplex resident discovers landlady stole from her garden, she enacts petty revenge

Most people have had fantasies of enacting some sweet vengeance on their landlords. Let’s be honest: most of the time, that revenge would be earned. Whether it’s raising your rent to an unnecessary amount or ignoring your incessant requests to repair that leak in your ceiling, you could probably spend hours talking about all the reasons why your landlord deserves some sort of comeuppance.

Here, we have the resident of a duplex who had recently gotten into gardening. Unfortunately for the Redditor, their landlady lived above them in the same duplex, so they often ran into each other. The Redditor always kept their gardening to themselves and never overstepped or touched anything belonging to their landlady. However, the landlady did not exactly extend the same courtesy to the original poster (OP). In fact, she ended up stealing one of her supplies simply because she liked the look of it (what is she, eight years old?!). That’s when OP decided it was time to get even… garden style.
