I haven’t been impressed by PSG in the Champions League this season and I think the Parisians are mighty short at home to Atletico Madrid on Wednesday night.

Luis Enrique’s men make light work of domestic opposition, but it’s a different story when the capital side play in Europe.

PSG were held to a 1-1 draw by Feyenoord at the Parc des Princes in their latest Champions League contest, they were taken apart when losing 2-0 at Arsenal and Enrique’s men needed a last-gasp Paulo Gazzaniga own goal to beat Girona on home turf.

Atletico have had their own troubles, but Diego Simeone’s side aren’t odds-on shots.

Stuttgart stunned Juventus last time but the Bundesliga side look vulnerable at home to Atalanta.

They are back amongst Europe’s best for the first time in well over a decade and the Europa League holders have the pedigree and fast-paced game to worry them, the very opposite of Juve’s methodical approach.

Gian Piero Gasperini’s side somehow fired a blank at home to Celtic but they responded by scoring 11 goals in Serie A wins over Verona, Monza and away at leaders Napoli. They were 3-0 winners away to Shakhtar on matchday two and can strike again on the road.

Feyenoord have bounced back from a heavy defeat in their Champions League opener to Bayer Leverkusen with impressive wins at Girona and Benfica and they can add another three points, and keep a clean-sheet, against struggling Salzburg.

Austrian giants Salzburg are having a difficult season by their own high standards, as they are off the pace domestically and have lost all three of their Champions League games – against Sparta Prague, Brest and Dinamo Zagreb – conceding nine times and failing to score in each of those contests.

Salzburg have also drawn a blank in four of their last five away matches in all competitions and they may suffer another defeat to nil at De Kuip on Wednesday.

Brest have won two of their first three Champions League games and they can maintain their impressive start with victory at Sparta Prague.

Brest began their campaign with a 2-1 home win over Sturm Graz before following up with a brilliant 4-0 victory at Salzburg.

The French side then earned a very good point at Bayer Leverkusen to suggest they can finish in the top eight. They can get the better of a Sparta side that has also beaten Salzburg comfortably but then drew with Stuttgart before being hammered by Manchester City 5-0 in their most recent Champions League outing.
