Sometimes, the cat distribution system chooses hoomans who might not be the biggest fan of furry feline friends. Since we’re all cat lovers here, we find it impawssible that anyone can dislike cats, but this isn’t a place of judgment! In a purrfect world, everybody on Earth would own at least three cats and we could garner all the support we need to address the crisis of crowded shelters and streets overrun with hungry strays. This can only happen if we take one step at a time, one hooman at a time.
The man in this story, Mario, explains that he found a sweet orange kitten who was clearly injured. The kitten was a spicy girl, to say the least, snapping and yapping at him whenever he would try to feed or touch her. The man built up enough trust between the two of them, which allowed him to care for and dress the kitten’s wound. He eventually took her to a vet where she got every test and remedy needed for her to remain a healthy, happy girl.
Mario explains in the closed captions that “he didn’t even like cats”, but as you watch the video, you see him slowly falling in love with KG, the name he would soon give her. In no time, the precious KG wouldn’t give him any personal space! She’d climb up his back with her small kitten claws and sleep on his shoulder like his sole protector. Funnily enough, Mario expresses that he does not own KG. KG owns him. There’s nothing like watching a sweet hooman turn into a through-and-through cat lover. You can say that KG and Mario are looking forward to a long life full of love, adventure, and happiness.
