TikTok founder Yiming becomes China's richest man as billionaires dwindle in country

Beijing [China], October 31 (ANI): China has a new richest person: Zhang Yiming, co-founder of TikTok’s parent company, ByteDance. His net worth is estimated at USD 49.3 billion, according to the research, media, and investment group Hurun Inc., which publishes rankings of the country’s wealthiest individuals, CNN reported.
ByteDance’s global revenue rose by 30 per cent in 2023, reaching USD 110 billion, as per Hurun Inc.
