Along with most other LLC services, Swyft Filings offers different plans with varying features. Standard features, such as a business name check and filing the articles of organization with the Hawaii Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs come included with all the plans.
More advanced features are also available through the upper-tier plans. A few of these include an employer identification number (EIN) for your business, banking resolution, electronic delivery of your documents, customizable business and legal documents, and expedited processing.
Pricing
Swyft Filings’ Basic plan is free (plus the $50 Hawaii filing fee). As its name suggests, it provides the basic services needed to form an LLC, including preparation of the articles of organization for your business, filing the necessary paperwork with the state and a business name check. Phone and email lifetime support are also included with this plan.
Small business owners who need more than this can take a look at the Standard and Premium plans, which cost $199 and $299, respectively, plus the $50 Hawaii filing fee. The Standard plan includes all the features from the Basic plan, plus an EIN, a beneficial ownership information (BOI) report, operating agreement, banking resolution, electronic document delivery and organizational minutes. This plan also includes five-day express filing and expedited shipping.
The Premium plan offers the most features: same-day filing, access to customizable business and legal documents, a domain and website free for one year, three months of a free virtual address, and a digital LLC kit to further aid with compliance.
While the Standard and Premium plans offer many features, it is important to note that none of Swyft Filings’ plans include registered agent services (or even one free year of services). The company charges $149 per quarter for these services, which works out to $596 per year—notably higher than what most other LLC services charge.

Swyft Filings customers can reach out for support Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. CT. Agents are available by phone, email or live chat during these hours. However, you may not receive an immediate reply, depending on availability. When you click on the live chat button on the website, it says, “We typically reply within an hour.”
Reputation
Swyft Filings was founded in 2015. However, while it has not been around for as many years as some of the other LLC services on this list, the company has built a solid reputation with customers. Nearly 7,000 reviewers on Trustpilot have given Swyft Filings an average rating of 4.7 stars, and its Google rating is only slightly lower with nearly 900 reviews.
