This 1967 Ford Mustang fastback has been in the seller’s family since the mid-1990s, and work in 2022 included repainting the car red with white stripes and installing a 302ci V8. Shifting is through a three-speed automatic transmission. Equipment includes staggered-diameter Ridler wheels, grille-mounted fog lights, front bucket seats trimmed in red vinyl, and a Philco push-button AM radio. Acquired by the seller in 2020, this Mustang fastback is now offered with a Washington title in the seller’s name.
The car left the factory finished in Wimbledon White and was painted in red with dual white stripes in 2022. Work at that time include replacing the glass, window assemblies, rear bumper, grille, and exterior trim pieces.
Chrome multi-spoke Riddler wheels measure 17″ up front and 20″ out back. They are mounted with 225/45 and 245/45 Otani tires up front and 275/35 and 255/35 Delinte tires out back.
The cabin houses front bucket seats and a rear bench upholstered in red vinyl along with a Philco push-button AM radio and a cabin heater.
An aftermarket wrap covers the three-spoke steering wheel, and instrumentation includes a 120-mph speedometer and auxiliary gauges. The five-digit odometer shows 46k miles, approximately 1,500 of which were added under current ownership. The odometer is noted to have rolled over and total mileage is unknown.
The seller notes that the 302ci V8 was installed in 2022. A PerTronix Flamethrower ignition coil and a high-flow radiator are installed.
Power is routed to the rear wheels via a three-speed automatic transmission.
