random high beep?

i was watching tiktok when i hear a high pitched beep. it sounded like it came from somewhere around me but there is nothing else the can make noise so i concluded it was my phone.

it was one beep and there was no notification, pop up, or anything on the screen. i haven’t downloaded any apps. what could this be?
