Why was Vini so high rated in the Ballon d‘Or?

I never watched him play, but I took a look at his statistics and he had less goal contributions than Lewandowski or Haaland. And him being an attacker, that’s his job, right? So why weren’t Lewandowski and Haaland above Vini? What did he do to deserve a spot that high? It doesn’t make a lot of sense to me. I‘m pretty sure, stat wise even Yamal should be ahead of him.
