Wandering Stars by Tommy Orange

I took a Stanford online short stories class maybe a year ago. Together we read There There and I recall how glowingly our instructor described Tommy Orange’s book and how much I enjoyed it. I was wondering if any of you had a chance to read the follow up novel, Wandering Stars, and what your opinion is. Does Orange achieve a new level of excellence for himself? Does the book succeed in what it attempts? And what does it foretell ab Orange’s future as a writer?
