Site/app for finding good horizon visibility?

There are lots of sites that show you darkness of the skies. For the upcoming comet (among other things) being able to see low on the horizon is key. Are there any sites or apps that try to identify places with a clear horizon? Basically you want a slightly elevated area without a lot of trees.

Any ideas on finding good spots without doing a lot of driving around?
