Hong Kong stocks close up, tech index rises over 3 pct

HONG KONG, Nov. 27 (Xinhua) — Hong Kong’s stock market ended higher Wednesday, with the benchmark Hang Seng Index up 2.32 percent to close at 19,603.13 points.

The Hang Seng China Enterprises Index rose 2.57 percent to end at 7,027.4 points, the Hang Seng Tech Index rose 3.61 percent to end at 4,374.44 points.
