First looks at the new APIs and frameworks announced at WWDC21 on WWDC by Sundell & Friends

As I have for the past two years, this year I’m once again sharing my first impressions of many of the new APIs and frameworks that are being introduced at WWDC, over on my dedicated website — wwdcbysundell.com. And, just like last year, I’m joined by some of my friends from around the Apple developer community who are providing their own unique takes on the announcements through a series of guest articles and videos.

So if you’re interested in seeing lots of examples of how the new additions to frameworks like UIKit and SwiftUI can be used, as well as first looks at some of the brand new tools that were announced this year — such as Swift’s new concurrency features, and frameworks like ShazamKit — then head over to WWDC by Sundell & Friends.

I hope that you’re having a great conference week, and I’ll of course continue to share more in-depth articles and podcast episodes about the new tools, frameworks and announcements over the next weeks, months, and years.
