How did you do while reading A Little Life?

I bought this book 3 months ago but stopped reading when I got to page 160 because I know, I am not strong enough for this. Jude deeply resonated with me and I almost relapsed while reading so I knew I had to stop. It is amazing how Hanya could write such a deep character but I wouldn’t recommend this book to anyone who is dealing with mental issues.

You truly have to be inhumanly strong to read this book until it’s final page. Y’all who read it how did you do it? Honestly asking I’m curious
