Diddy court witness says he saw 8 sex tapes with at least 2 celeb minors

Diddy hit with 5 new lawsuits, including alleged teen sexual assault

(NewsNation) — Five new lawsuits accusing Sean “Diddy” Combs of sexual abuse were filed Tuesday by Texas lawyer Tony Buzbee, according to court documents obtained by NewsNation.

One woman alleges that at 18 years old, she was drugged and coerced into performing oral sex on Combs and his bodyguard outside a Halloween party at a New York City nightclub in 2001.

Another woman says that at 17 years old, she attended a Fourth of July party in 2004 where Combs sexually assaulted her while she was unconscious, according to the lawsuit.

Combs and two of his bodyguards approached the victim after the assault and threatened her, telling her that she “would be in danger if she spoke about what had occurred,” stating that he “ran New York and would ruin her,” the lawsuit alleges.

“The Buzbee Law Firm, along with co-counsel AVA Law Group and New York local counsel Curis Law, is filing five more cases today alleging aggravated sexual assault, sexual abuse, and sexual exploitation against Sean “Diddy” Combs and those entities with whom he has been affiliated,” Buzbee shared on Instagram.

Buzbee added that “several other individuals are referenced in the case filings but are not at this time formerly named as defendants. The cases are being brought for conduct that occurred as far back as the year 2001.”

Buzbee said the conduct allegedly took place in New York and Miami, adding that three of the victims are male and two are female.

“We will let the allegations in the filed complaints speak for themselves, and will work to see that justice is done,” Buzbee said. “We expect to be filing cases weekly naming Mr. Combs and others as defendants as we continue to gather evidence and prepare the filings.”

In October, Buzbee, a lawyer from Houston, announced he was representing 120 people who plan on filing lawsuits saying they have experienced sexual misconduct from Combs, including 25 minors.

Buzbee said the alleged victims are 60 men and 60 women, of whom 25 were minors at the time of the alleged misconduct. The youngest, Buzbee said, was 9.

“I imagine there’s a myriad of people who are nervous,” Buzbee said. “You can’t hide skeletons in the closet forever.”

Combs has pleaded not guilty to charges that he “led a racketeering conspiracy that engaged in sex trafficking, forced labor, kidnapping, arson, bribery, and obstruction of justice, among other crimes. “

Combs is currently seeking to be placed on house arrest through a $50 million bail package.

Last week, prosecutors said Combs has been trying to dodge scrutiny of his jailhouse communications while orchestrating social media campaigns aimed at tainting the jury pool and trying to publicly leak materials he views are helpful to his case. They said he also has contacted witnesses through third parties.
