The Arizona State Sun Devils (8-2) meet a conference opponent when they host the No. 8 BYU Cougars (9-1) on Saturday, November 23, 2024 at Mountain America Stadium in a Big 12 showdown.

The Sun Devils enter the matchup after winning 24-14 over the Kansas State Wildcats in their last game on Nov. 16. The Cougars are coming off of a 17-13 loss to the Kansas Jayhawks.

Sam Leavitt had 275 yards on 21-of-34 passing (61.8%) for the Devils in that matchup against the Wildcats, with three touchdowns and no interceptions. He also added five carries for 42 yards. Jake Retzlaff threw for 192 yards for the Cougs against the Jayhawks, going 18-for-28 (64.3%) with one touchdown and one interception. He added seven carries for 21 yards. LJ Martin carried the ball 15 times for 76 yards (5.1 yards per attempt). In the passing game, he added one catch for one yard. Chase Roberts recorded five catches for 71 yards (on six targets).

The Sun Devils (-1.5) are slight favorites against the Cougars. The over/under is set at 49.5 points.
