The Long Haul: 26/1 BTTS six-fold accumulator for this week! | FST

This is the starting point for the busy festive run, with three nights of European action followed by another big weekend of domestic action. While bookies are slashing prices across their Both Teams to Score coupons, there are still a few value prices to back.

I’ve poured over this week’s fixtures to pick out a BTTS tip each day from Tuesday to Sunday. You can see the 26/1 tip below, which was picked out with bet365. New bet365 customers can also take advantage of this great offer below!

Both Teams to Score Long Haul Accumulator

Tuesday – Manchester City vs Feyenoord

Considering how easily Manchester City have been cut apart in recent weeks, both teams to score looks well priced for their clash with Feyenoord. While the Dutch giants won’t be at the same level as the Tottenham side which ran riot at the Etihad on Saturday, the visitors have proven capable of troubling opposition defences while looking too open themselves.

Feyenoord have picked up both of their wins in the League Phase on the road, scoring three times in victories at Girona and Benfica. However, they’ve failed to keep a clean sheet across any of their four European games. With City conceding in 10 of their previous 13 and shipping 14 goals across their last five, back goals at the Etihad.

Wednesday – Aston Villa vs Juventus

Aston Villa returned to action with a 2-2 draw against Crystal Palace on Saturday, a game which marked their sixth on the spin without a clean sheet. The Villains are yet to see both teams score in a European game this term, but this clash with Juventus should see that change.

The Italian side have the best defensive record in Serie A, something which hasn’t carried over to their Champions League assignments. They’ve failed to keep a clean sheet in any of their four outings, with both teams scoring in three. Juve have conceded in trips to RB Leipzig and Lille, while they’ve scored seven times in their four European matches. Given Villa’s defensive struggles, both teams to score appeals.

Thursday – Heidenheim vs Chelsea

Chelsea will rotate to their expensively assembled B-team for this Europa Conference League encounter. While they’ve blown away Gent, Panathinaikos and Noah in Europe so far, but a trip to a side from a top European league should be a bigger test.

The Blues have conceded five times across their last four Conference League outings, but they have scored 17 in return. The hosts have lost four of their last five games, including a 3-1 loss to Wolfsburg and a 5-2 defeat to Bayer Leverkusen in their last two. They can trouble Chelsea’s rotated defence, but the Blues should likely prove too strong.

Friday – Cagliari vs Verona

Verona head to Sardinia having lost all but one of their away trips this season and they could struggle against a side who tend to thrive at home.

Cagliari have been getting plenty of joy going forward of late, but defensive concerns are holding them back. The hosts drew 2-2 with Genoa on Sunday after a 3-3 draw with AC Milan and a 2-1 loss at Lazio. Their 24 goals against this season is the second-highest figure in Serie A, behind Verona’s 32.

Saturday – Dundee United vs St Mirren

These two sides are in the top-half of the Scottish Premiership and they’ll be looking to kick-on from strong starts in this clash at Tannadice. Goals have been a feature of the Tangerine’s matches this season, having managed just two clean sheets across their previous 10.

St Mirren have won three of their last four matches, with both teams scoring in each of those victories. Four of the visitors’ last five away games have finished with BTTS landing, while only Rangers have shut out Dundee United at Tannadice this season. Back the pair to continue their good scoring form.

Sunday – Marseille vs Monaco

Sunday night’s Ligue 1 clash pits together the two biggest threats to PSG, although the champions are already running away with things. Roberto De Zerbi’s Marseille have been good entertainment this term and each of their last five matches have featured three or more goals.

Monaco have won three games on the spin ahead of their midweek Champions League clash. The visitors have scored in 16 consecutive league trips, netting at least twice in 14 of those. Marseille have proven tough to shut down under De Zerbi, so this key clash wraps up our BTTS acca.
